I have created, and will likely continue to create, my own TTRPG systems. Most of the complete ones are simple lightweight systems. The larger ones are unlikey to ever be finished, but working on parts of them is fun and can be a source of inspiration for modifying other systems.
Mindquesters is a 3-page system for one-shots. Players are workers or patients diving into each others' broken minds to fight their traumas and delusions. It is a simple and unserious system, loosely based on Goblin with a Fat Ass by OrbitalDropkick.
While complete, this system has not been playtested.
Immortals on Velocipedes is designed for my Angels and Demons setting, Sanctus Malum. The party are a group of angels, demons and mortals forming an unlikely alliance for a common goal, such as preventing the apocolypse.
It is a lightweight system based on Kids on Bikes by Hunter's Entertainment. In addition to many of the normal rules from Kids on Bikes, players wield supernatural powers and attempt miracles.
Will that be all sir is a system in which the party play the house staff of a spy movie villain. They are also secret agents attempting to thwart the villain's evil plans, but not directly.
The game is split into two phases, the Estate Phase and the Lair Phase. During the Estate Phase, the party must gather intel while undercover in their house staff roles. During the Lair Phase, the party take on their agent roles, travelling to a special location or lair and fight the villain's henchmen and thwart their evil plans.
This system is based on Kids on Bikes by Hunter's Entertainment. The system is heavily modifed and features a psuedo-class system in the form of roles, which define their role both in the house staff and in the field. e.g. Butlers are great at interacting directly with the Villain and their entorage and also serve as a leader figure in both phases.
This system is WIP, development can be followed here: https://github.com/users/jackhaydock/projects/9
The Long Road is my post-apocalyptic setting inspired by IPs such as Fallout and Mad Max. The last settlements of humanity are connected by a long and dangerous series of roads. The party are Drivers, mercenaries hired to transport people and products along these roads, avoiding gangs and monsters alike.
This system is based on Kids on Bikes by Hunter's Entertainment. In addition to the normal rules, player will focus on managing their vehicles and fighting various gangs and monsters.
This system is WIP, development can be followed here: https://github.com/users/jackhaydock/projects/6
Note: If I ever run the Long Road, this might not be the system used. There is an argument that a more cruchy combat system is needed.
His Dark Materials is a book series by Phillip Pullman. This is an attempt to make a Kids on Bikes system for games in that world. More specifically, in Lyra's World.
This system is based on Kids on Bikes by Hunter's Entertainment. In addition to the normal rules, players will choose their daemon (or armour for panserbjorn).

This is a large fantasy system built from the ground up. it will likely never be finished, but It is fun to imagine how certain aspects of the system might work.
