Versera is an old world of mine that was once going to be the setting of a novel or short story series I never ended up writing. While not my first world, this was one of my first where I began to take the worldbuilding seriously, where the world design came before whatever story, game or other project I had delusions of finishing. For that this world holds a special place in my heart and I wanted to honour it here, even if this short paragraph and map is all you ever see of it. I do enjoy many of the elements I created for this world (and have even stolen some for later worlds like Alvergia), I will probably never go back to this world and will likely leave it as a choatic mess of documents and webpages that nobody will see again, probably not even me.
With one possible exception, the theology of the world. There was a complex net of religions, their various sects and their respective histories and current sociopolictical influences that I'm very proud of. Unfortunately its all scattered across various media on various platforms and locations. Collating it all and writing it with any consistency will be a big task, but I will get it done one day.
