With infinite time and patience, I'd be tempted to actually write these compendiums. With at least enough detail to let other DMs run the world. But that sounds hard (and pointless).

Could easily be flavoured as a cestus or armoured glove/gauntlet.

Items with Variants

All ammo that could conceivably be made of (or tipped with) metal. So basically all ammunition is valid.
Worth noting, adamantine is not magic and does not overcome resistances unless stated otherwise.

All armour that could conceivably be made of (or coated with) metal. So pretty much no light armour but almost all medium and heavy armour.
