Dragons are some of the most powerful beings in the material world and they should be respected as such. Those who follow the Dragon Domain believe in the inherit superiority of dragons...wip
Maybe change to Elements Domain and ignore the dragon types?Maybe this would be better as a Warlock subclass (assuming fizban's doesn't have one)
At each indicated cleric level, add the listed spells to your spells prepared. They do not count towards your limit.
Cleric Level. 1st | Absorb Elements, Armor of Agathys, Burning Hands, Chaos Bolt3rd | Dragon's Breath, Gust of Wind, Levitate, Pyrotechnics, Skywrite5th | Elemental Weapon, Fly, Fireball, Lightning Bolt7th | Elemental Bane, Polymorph, Summon Elemental9th | Summon Draconic SpiritNarrow down to 2 for each levelAt 1st level, you can speak, read and write draconic. Additionally, whenever you make an Intelligence check to recall lore about dragons or their followers, your proficiency bonus is doubled if it applies to the check.
At 1st level, you chose a specific type of dragon, from the table below, to worship above all others, you gain resistance to the dragon's respective damage type. You also learn a cantrip based upon your chosen dragon, this cantrip counts as a cleric cantrip for you but does not count towards your limit of cantrips known.

The kobolds use the Kobold Minion stat block for their game statistics, which uses your proficiency bonus (PB) in several places.
The kobolds are friendly to you and your companions and go immediately after you in initiative. They obey any verbal commands that you issue to them (no action required by you). If you don't issue any commands to them, they defend themselves from hostile creatures, but otherwise take no actions. Each kobold vanishes after 1 hour, if they are ever more than 100ft away from you, if you dismiss them (no action required) or if they drop to 0 hit points.
Maybe give the kobolds the cantrip you get from dragon lord (using your spellcasting ability)?
Starting at 6th level,
Change dmg type of spells (possibly even ally and enemy ones)
Buff the kobolds (magic dmg, extra AC etc.)
Grant them a fly speed or climb speed
Grant them multiattack
Make their attacks magical and deal 1d6 additional damage of the type associated with your Dragon Lord feature
Buff the cantrips gained from Dragon Lord
Gain dragon wings (basically just a flavoured fly speed)
Starting at 8th level, you add your Wisdom modifier to the damage you deal with any cleric cantrip.
8th-level cleric optional feature, which replaces the Potent Spellcasting feature
You are blessed with divine might in battle. When a creature takes damage from one of your cantrips or weapon attacks, you can also deal 1d8 radiant damage to that creature. Once you deal this damage, you can't use this feature again until the start of your next turn.
At 17th level, you can expend two uses of your Channel Divinity to summon a Wyvern instead of kobolds to a space within 15ft of you. The wyvern's has an Intelligence of 6 and it can understand draconic but otherwise, its statblock is unchanged.
The wyvern is friendly to you and your companions and goes immediately after you in initiative. The wyvern acts independently but may listen to verbal suggestions you make. The wyvern will vanish after 1 hour, if it is ever more than 100ft from you or it is reduced to 0 hit points.
Maybe use a reduced threat wyvern?
Starting at 17th level, you can expend a use of your channel divinity to cast Summon Draconic Spirit at 5th level without providing material components. You can expend additional uses of channel divinity to upcast the spell by one level for each additional use. Once you use this feature, you cannot do so again until you finish a long rest.
The draconic spirit resembles the dragon type associated with your Dragon Lord feature and gains the traits of its respective family: Chromatic (black, blue, green, red or white), Metallic (brass, bronze, copper, gold or silver) or Gem (amethyst, crystal, emerald, sapphire or topaz).
Higher casting, otherwise it's not much different to just using the spell normally? or extra uses of CD upcast by 2 levels eachOnly really works if Fizban's includes the spell (currently from UA: 2021 Draconic Options)
As an action, you present your holy symbol, and up to two Kobold Underlings appear in spaces within 15ft of you. Each of these kobolds has a hit point maximum equal to 8 + your cleric level, a proficiency bonus equal to yours and has resistance to the damage type specified by your Dragon Lord feature.
The kobolds are friendly to you and your companions and go immediately after you in initiative. They obey any verbal commands that you issue to them (no action required by you). If you don't issue any commands to them, they defend themselves from hostile creatures, but otherwise take no actions. Each kobold will vanish after 1 hour or if they are ever more than 100ft away from you or you dismiss them (no action required).
2 kobolds are weak AF (even with buffs) but maybe they will aid in distractions or boost the action economy slightly. Should I give them a better scaling buff?I specifically didn't say they vanish when they die because they explode when they die This can be stacked, should I make that more clear?Maybe allow choice of type of kobold (e.g. 1 winged kobold or 2 kobold underlings). Maybe wait for dragon book (it may have more kobold statblocks)
1 Kobold Dragonshield
2 Kobold Inventors
4 Kobold Elites
Maybe just make a kobold minion statblock that scales with PB (like an artificer's homunculous)
As an action, you present your holy symbol. For the next minute you, or a creature of your choice that you touch, is immune to the damage type specified by your Dragon Lord feature.
As an action, you present your holy symbol and choose up to six creatures. For the next minute, those creatures have resistance to the damage type specified by your Dragon Lord feature.
At 1st level, you chose a specific type of dragon, from the table below, to worship above all others, you gain resistance to the dragon's respective damage type.
