You learn additional spells when you reach certain levels in this class, as shown on the Arcane Forum Spells table. Each of these spells counts as a recollector spell for you, but it doesn't count against the number of recollector spells you know
Arcane Forum Spells

Starting at 1st level, you can use one of the following items as a spellcasting focus for your recollector spells; an arcane focus, a book, a gemstone, a quill or a stone tablet.
Starting at 1st level, you can perform some low level magic without expending your usual reserves. You can cast a spell at 1st-level without expending a spell slot. The spell must be a 1st-level recollector spell you know.
When you reach certain levels in this class, the maximum spell level of spells you can cast using this feature increases to 2nd-level at 7th level and to 3rd-level spells at 13th level. The spells are cast at their lowest level.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a short or long rest.
Quickened/Twinned spell?
Starting at 10th level, you can utilise the memories of others. During a short or long rest, a willing creature can teach you a spell they know or have prepared. The spell counts as a recollector spell for you.
You can use this feature to learn a number of spells equal to your Intelligence modifier. If you learn any further spells this, you must first unlearn a spell you know.
