Starting at 3rd level, you always have certain spells prepared after you reach particular levels in this class, as shown in the Arcanist Spells table. These spells count as lorehunter spells for you, but they don't count against the number of lorehunter spells you prepare.

Flashcard Arcana. As an action, you can expend a number of Note Dice, and recover an expended spell slot equal to half the number of Note Dice expended (rounded down).
Familiar Arcana. When you make a saving throw against a spell that you also have prepared, you can use a reaction to expend a Note Die, roll it, and add the result as a bonus to the saving throw.
At 3rd level, you learn three cantrips of your choice. The cantrips can be from any list but count as a lorehunter spells for you, and Intelligence is your spellcasting ability for them.

Starting at xth level, when you cast a lorehunter spell, you can cast it one level higher than the spell slot expended.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus
Starting at xth level, choose a school of magic; abjuration, conjuration, divination, enchantment, evocation, illusion, necromancy, or transmutation.
You gain a +1 bonus to your spell attacks and spell save DC when casting spells of the chosen school.
Starting at 3rd level, you can use an action to recover expended spell slots. The spell slots can have a combined level that is equal to or less than half your proficiency bonus (rounded down). Once you use this feature, you cannot do so again until you finish your next short or long rest.
